Craftsmanship
There are 3 things I believe in when it comes to creating a truly great creative product; be smart, be innovative and be a craftsman. An idea is only as good as it's execution. It's true in every field. So as I was on one of my rants about craftsmanship with my team, one of my CDs sent me this link:

I love this stuff. Yes, the craftsmanship of the the artist who paint the signs but what about the craftsman who created the design? What about the film crew? This thing is ripe with craftsmanship.
The Shaker design philosophy is simple; necessary, useful and beautiful. Isn't it amazing when you get all 3.
